# Azrivo

> Azrivo is software — a web app that puts a team of AI specialists on your decisions. The "specialists" are AI personas (a language model given a defined analytical lens and guardrails), NOT people: there are no human experts, no marketplace, no community of experts, and no consulting, coaching, or advisory relationship of any kind. Nothing on Azrivo connects a user to a person. Its two signature workflows are Debate and Plan: set two or three specialists to debate a question until a neutral synthesis names the crux, or hand @plan one line to get an executed plan — it asks clarifying questions when the request leaves a real fork, shows the alternatives it rejected and why, waits for your approval, then produces real deliverables. Lighter shapes sit alongside them: ask one specialist for a focused answer, or convene a panel of several at once. Each specialist is an AI persona with a defined role and guardrails; when the task needs it they can use tools — research and cite the live web, verify claims, calculate and score trade-offs, and produce documents, spreadsheets, charts, diagrams, illustrations, and working HTML artifacts. Outputs are AI-generated and can be wrong — you approve the plan and keep the judgment; the team does the work.

Azrivo is operated by Azrivo LLC. It is free to start: anyone can create an account directly from the homepage — sign in with Google (auto-created on first use) or register with an email and password (a confirmation email verifies the address). No invite is required. The free plan is a plan, not a trial: it carries daily and weekly usage limits. Pro is $25/month and Max is $50/month, billed monthly and renewing until cancelled, and they raise those limits rather than replacing the free plan. Paid plans also allow custom branding on exported documents (your own logo and colour, with no Azrivo mark), and Max adds the Telegram connection. Those prices include any sales tax or VAT. Cancel any time; the first payment is refundable in full for 14 days. The order process is conducted by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) acting as merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing, and any sales tax or VAT due. - **Panel** — describe who you want and a cast is built for it, responding in parallel (e.g. `@panel …`).
- **Debate** — set specialists against each other; a neutral synthesis names the crux (e.g. `@debate …`).
- **Plan** — clarify, weigh, approve, then deliver (e.g. `@plan …`). Plan Mode creates real artifacts, not just advice. @plan turns a one-line request into an executed plan: when the request leaves a real fork it asks the questions that change the answer, shows the alternatives it rejected and why, waits for your sign-off, then produces real deliverables to check — research briefs, strategy documents, scoring models, spreadsheets, roadmaps, governance frameworks, implementation checklists, diagrams, slide decks, illustrations, working HTML prototypes, and PDF or DOCX exports where appropriate. You approve the plan and keep the judgment; the team produces a structured first draft to verify.

## The specialists

A curated core of twenty-plus AI personas, each with a defined lens — for example: Strategist (bets & time horizons), Skeptic (what breaks first), Operator (sequencing & momentum), Economist (incentives & unit economics), Researcher (what the evidence says), Coach (sustainable pace), Tech Lead (architecture calls), Product Manager (value & priority), UX Designer (flows & friction), Security Engineer (the attack surface), Risk Analyst (what could go wrong), Financial Modeler (the arithmetic under the decision). The roster is not capped at twenty: when a decision needs a specialist who isn't in the core, Azrivo assembles one on demand — a bare @debate auto-staffs the fitting panel for the topic, and a plan mints the practitioner roles each step needs. Users can also shape their own specialists.

## Published debates

Users can publish a finished debate as a public, read-only page at `/d/{id}`. Each one carries the original question, every specialist's argument in full, the neutral verdict — including where the recommendation stops holding and what would make it fail — and the web sources the panel retrieved, with each citation marked as verified or unverified. The pages are AI-generated output, published by the user who ran the debate, and each says so; they are not editorial content and not professional advice. Un-shared pages stop being served.

## FAQ

**Is this just another AI wrapper?**
No. A wrapper is a skin over one model's single reply. Azrivo is a system: it convenes a team of specialists with different lenses and runs a real process — ask one, compare a panel of takes, set them debating to a verdict, or give Plan mode a goal and get back real documents, spreadsheets, and roadmaps. The method and the deliverables are the point, not a fancier prompt box.

**Are the specialists real people?**
No — each is an AI persona with a defined lens and remit, not a real person, employee, or licensed professional. The clash between them is real and instant, with none of the scheduling cost of a human panel. Names and roles are illustrative.

**How is this different from just using one AI?**
One AI tends to agree with you and average its answer into a wall of caveats. A team of specialists disagrees on purpose — so you see every side. Compare their takes, watch them argue to a clear verdict, or set Plan to research and build the actual work. You get the reasoning and the crux, not one confident guess — and you keep the final call.

**What are Ask, Panel, Debate, and Plan?**
Four ways to put specialists to work. Ask: a specialist built for your question answers directly. Panel: a cast built for it, each giving their take side by side. Debate: a panel built for your question argues every side to a verdict. Plan: hand it a goal and it researches, plans, and a crew built for each step delivers the real work — you approve before any work runs.

**Can I try it without an account?**
Yes. Type your question on the homepage and you'll get a real answer — no account, no email. It's a limited free trial so you can see how it works; create a free account any time to save your work and keep going.

**Is my data private?**
Your conversations are private to your account — not visible to other users unless you explicitly publish a debate with its Share button (a shared debate gets a public read-only page, which we may also list on our public debates page; un-sharing removes both, at any time). **How accurate are the answers?**
Specialists cite live web sources where it matters, and the debate format is built to surface the weak argument before you act on it. Still, outputs are AI-generated and can be inaccurate — treat the verdict as a sharp second opinion and verify anything high-stakes independently. **What does Plan mode produce?**
Plan turns a one-line goal into an executed plan. When the request leaves a real fork it asks clarifying questions first, shows the alternatives it rejected and why, then waits for your approval before doing the work. On sign-off it produces real deliverables — research briefs, strategy documents, scoring models, spreadsheets, roadmaps, diagrams, slide decks, illustrations, working HTML prototypes, and PDF or DOCX exports where appropriate. No. Write it the way you'd explain it to a smart friend — 'Should I take the higher-paying job that moves me off the tools?' works exactly as typed. No prompt tricks, no setup.

**Is this only for business decisions?**
No. People use it for career moves, pricing calls, creative direction, study and research — even planning a trip. If it's a decision or a goal, a team can work it.

## Notes

- The application itself (chat, panel, debate, plan, settings) is behind authentication and is not crawlable. The one exception is debates a user explicitly shared: those get public read-only pages under /d/ (enumerated by /sitemap-shares.xml when indexing is enabled).
