Refund & Subscription Terms
Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Version 1.1
These Refund & Subscription Terms explain how Azrivo's paid plans are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get your money back. They form part of our Terms of Service and expand on §7 of that document.
Status: paid plans are not live yet. Azrivo is free today, and nothing on your account can be charged. This policy is published in advance so the terms are on the table before anyone is ever asked to pay. It applies from the moment paid plans launch.
1. Who you buy from
When you buy a paid plan, our order process will be conducted by a third-party online reseller acting as merchant of record. This means:
- The merchant of record — not Azrivo LLC — will be the seller of the subscription to you. Your purchase contract for the transaction will be with the merchant of record, and its own buyer terms will apply alongside this policy.
- The merchant of record will handle payment, invoicing, currency, and any sales tax or VAT due on your purchase, and will appear on your card or bank statement.
- The merchant of record will also process refunds. You can ask either us or the merchant of record — see §9 — and we will reach the same answer either way.
We will name the merchant of record here, on our pricing page, and at checkout before any plan can be bought.
Azrivo LLC remains responsible for the service itself: your account, your data, and everything in the Terms of Service.
2. Plans and pricing
| Plan | Price | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | — |
| Pro | $25.00 / month | Monthly, in advance |
| Max | $50.00 / month | Monthly, in advance |
- Prices are in US dollars. The merchant of record may present an equivalent price in your local currency at checkout; the amount charged is set at that point.
- Prices are shown excluding any sales tax or VAT. Tax is calculated by the merchant of record at checkout based on your location and shown before you confirm.
- What each plan includes is described on our pricing page. Paid plans raise usage allowances — they do not change the nature of the service or the limits of AI Outputs described in our AI Disclaimer.
3. Billing cycle and automatic renewal
- A paid plan is a monthly subscription. You are charged when you subscribe, and then automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Each renewal is a new charge for the month ahead. Your subscription renews automatically — this is the default, and you agree to it at checkout.
- The merchant of record emails you a receipt for every charge. Renewal reminders are sent where the law requires them.
4. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, from your account settings or by emailing us. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the month you have already paid for: you keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and then move to the Free plan.
- Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. Your data stays where it is unless you also ask us to delete it — see the Privacy Policy.
5. The 14-day refund
If Azrivo is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
- This covers your first payment on a plan — the one that started the subscription.
- It applies whether or not you used the service in those 14 days. Usage is not held against you.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used, via the merchant of record. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Renewals, and part-months
- Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. Cancelling before a renewal date is what prevents the next charge, and §4 explains how.
- We do not pro-rate. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends rather than getting a partial refund for the unused days.
- But we are not looking to keep money you did not mean to spend. If a renewal caught you out — you meant to cancel, you forgot, you have not used the service since it renewed — email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. This is a judgement we exercise in good faith, not a loophole to be worked; we may decline it where a plan has been substantially used or the pattern repeats.
- If we break it, you do not pay for it. If Azrivo suffers a prolonged outage or a serious failure that meaningfully deprives you of the plan you paid for, tell us and we will refund or credit you fairly for the affected period, whether or not any other section here applies.
7. Your statutory rights (EU/EEA, UK and elsewhere)
If you are a consumer — buying for yourself, not for a business — you have rights under your own country's law that this policy cannot take away, and nothing here tries to.
- Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because Azrivo is a digital service supplied immediately, you may be asked at checkout to consent to that immediate supply and to acknowledge that doing so ends the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed.
- In practice this changes nothing for you, because §5 gives you a 14-day no-questions refund on your first payment regardless of whether the statutory right still stands.
- If your local law gives you something better than this policy offers, that law wins. Where a mandatory consumer right conflicts with anything here, the right applies.
8. Failed payments, price changes, and tax
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, the merchant of record will retry over a short period and let you know. If it keeps failing, your plan moves to Free. We do not chase you for the money or send it to collections.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects them, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price rise is never applied to a period you have already paid for.
- Tax. Any VAT, GST, or sales tax on your purchase is assessed, collected, and remitted by the merchant of record. If you are a business with a valid VAT number, enter it at checkout and the merchant of record will treat the sale accordingly.
9. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@azrivo.com from the address on your account, or contact the merchant of record directly — its name and buyer-support details will be on your receipt and on the reference on your bank statement.
Tell us what you bought and roughly when. We aim to answer refund requests within 2 business days, and to have an approved refund submitted to the merchant of record the same day we approve it.
If we decline a refund, we will tell you why, in a sentence you can argue with. If you think we are wrong, reply and say so — a real person reads it.
10. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please email us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the disputed amount, takes months, and gets you your money no faster than §5 does. We would much rather just refund you.
We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until it is settled.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update these terms as Azrivo's plans evolve. We will change the version and effective date above and give reasonable notice of material changes. The policy that applies to a charge is the one in force on the day it was made — a later change cannot retroactively take away a refund you were already owed.
12. Contact
