Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Azrivo ("Azrivo", "we", "us") is operated by Azrivo LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia under identification number 405868324, with its registered address at Kandelaki str. 6, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Azrivo. By using Azrivo, you agree to these Terms, to our Acceptable Use Policy, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer. This applies whether or not you create an account — if you try Azrivo from our home page without signing up, sending your first message is what accepts these Terms, and the notice below the prompt box says so, on screen, before you send it.

If you do not agree, do not use Azrivo.

2. Eligibility, trying Azrivo, and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Azrivo. You confirm this when you create an account, and — if you try Azrivo without one — when you send your first message: the notice below the prompt box states the age requirement, on screen, before you send anything.
  • You can try Azrivo without an account. Our home page has a working prompt box; using it starts a free trial. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifier — we create a provisional record and keep it attached to your browser through our session cookie so your conversation is still there when you come back. A trial includes a limited number of messages, one debate, and one plan proposal (we may change these limits at any time), and it does not include running a plan, sharing, exporting or downloading, uploading files, generated documents and images, or memory — those need an account. A trial is not an account, and the difference matters in two directions. There is no password and no sign-in, so we have no way to give a trial back to you — if you lose the browser, clear its cookies, or open Azrivo somewhere else, that trial is gone and we cannot restore it; equally, anyone else using that browser can see it. Treat a trial as temporary. It is also not private from us: we may review conversation content, including trial conversations, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy §3. If you create an account from within a trial, your trial conversation carries over to it; if you do not, the trial and everything in it are deleted automatically after a short period (see the Privacy Policy §6). One in-between case, because it is easy to land in: if you start creating an account with an email address and password but never confirm the address, your sign-up is not finished and what you have is still a trial. We keep that unconfirmed sign-up longer than an untouched trial so you can finish it by requesting a new confirmation link, and delete it if you never do — both periods are in Privacy Policy §6.
  • You can create an account by registering with your email address and a password, or by signing in with a Google account. When you register with an email and password we send a confirmation link, and you must confirm your address before you can sign in. We may also issue invitations to specific people. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and other access credentials secure.
  • You may stop using Azrivo and request deletion of your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of Azrivo must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Your content, and what Azrivo produces

  • Your inputs. You keep all rights you have in the prompts, files, and other content you submit ("Inputs"). You are responsible for your Inputs and for having the rights to submit them.
  • Outputs. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of the responses, images, documents, or other content generated for you ("Outputs"). Outputs are provided as is (see §10).
  • Licence to operate. You grant us the limited rights we need to process, store, transmit, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and maintain the service for you (for example, sending a prompt to an inference provider, storing a conversation so you can return to it, and recalling memory). We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train third-party models. If you are trying Azrivo without an account, this licence is the same but shorter-lived: it lasts only while we keep your trial (see the Privacy Policy §6), unless you create an account, and memory is switched off for the whole trial.
  • Sharing a debate publicly. You can choose to make a finished debate public using the Share action. This is off by default and happens only when you turn it on, for that debate. When you do, you grant us the additional right to display and distribute that debate's public content — its question, the specialists' arguments, the verdict, and cited sources — to anyone with the link, and, if you leave that option on, to let search engines index the page. This right lasts only while the debate stays shared: you can un-share it at any time, which stops us serving the page, though search engines and others may keep cached copies we cannot recall. We may also list a shared debate on our own public index of published debates and link to it from elsewhere on the site — we choose which debates appear there, you cannot request it, and un-sharing removes it immediately. Your follow-up messages and the files you uploaded are never part of a shared page. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure it does not contain other people's personal or confidential information or infringe anyone's rights (see the Acceptable Use Policy); we may remove a shared page under §9.
  • Similar outputs. AI generates content probabilistically; other users may receive similar Outputs from similar prompts, and you should not assume an Output is unique.

5. AI-generated content — no reliance

Azrivo is an AI system. Its specialists are AI personas, not real professionals, and their Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on Outputs as professional advice. See the AI Disclaimer for details and limits.

6. Programmatic / developer access

If we make programmatic access available (for example, an access key for use in a developer tool), you must keep your key secret, use it only for your own account, and not exceed any limits we set. Programmatic usage may be logged for security and operational purposes, and is also subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

6A. Azrivo Code, the desktop app

Azrivo Code is our Windows app that works in folders on your computer. It connects to your account with a device credential you create under Settings → Connections.

  • It acts on your computer, under your account. Azrivo Code reads and edits files and runs commands to do what you ask. Everything it runs, runs as your Windows user, so what it does on your computer is done on your behalf and with your authority.
  • You choose how much it may do on its own. In Safe, Windows blocks file changes and the app asks when it needs more access. In Standard, the default, it changes files in the project you chose and in permitted temporary folders, and asks when it needs more. In Autonomous, which you turn on yourself after an acknowledgement, it runs commands with your Windows permissions without asking: commands can change or delete files outside the project, install software, use the network and trigger Windows requests for administrator rights. Safe and Standard rely on Windows features that limit what commands can change. They reduce risk, but they are not a security boundary, and some operations fall outside them.
  • Its own browser. Azrivo Code can operate a web browser for a task: it opens pages, reads them, fills in forms, clicks and takes screenshots. It uses the Edge or Chrome browser installed on your computer, in a separate private browser with no window of its own and none of your own logins, cookies or history. You can watch it beside the task in the app, where it slows down and shows a pointer while you watch. It starts when a task first needs it and closes after a few minutes without use; when it starts again it gets back the sign-ins and the page that task's browser had (see the Privacy Policy). Type /forget-browser in a task to clear them. The sites it opens see a visit from your computer and network, as if you had opened them yourself, and what it does on a site is done on your behalf. Do not ask it to enter passwords or payment details, or to accept terms or make purchases you have not reviewed. When a step needs you, such as signing in or paying, Azrivo Code hands you its browser: you do the step yourself and hand it back, and what you typed into password, card or code fields is cleared before the agent continues and is never shown to it. In Safe it does not save browser output into your project; in Standard it saves it only into your project. When you ask for a recording or a demo video, it records its browser to a video file on your computer, showing a pointer where it acts; you decide what to do with the video.
  • You remain responsible for the folders and accounts you give it, for reviewing its changes before you rely on them, for keeping backups, and for following the licences and terms of any software, service or repository it uses for you. Use Azrivo Code only on computers, folders and accounts you are authorised to use.
  • Commits. When Azrivo Code makes a git commit for you, it adds a line to the commit message crediting Azrivo Code.
  • Your device credential is covered by §6: keep it secret. Each credential has a limit on requests running at once. You can also set a daily spending limit for each credential under Settings → Connections; there is none unless you set one. We may alert you about unusual use of a credential, and we may suspend or revoke one to protect you or Azrivo. You can revoke your devices at any time under Settings → Connections.
  • Beta software. Azrivo Code is in beta. It updates itself from our servers, may change between versions and may contain errors. §10 applies to it, including to changes or losses caused by commands it runs in any mode.

7. Subscriptions, fees and payment

Full detail lives in our Refund & Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Plans and pricing. A Free plan at no cost, and paid monthly subscriptions — Pro at $25.00/month and Max at $50.00/month, in US dollars, including any applicable sales tax or VAT — the price you see is the total you pay, and any tax due is accounted for within it rather than added at checkout. Paid plans raise usage allowances; they do not change the nature of the service or the limits on Outputs described in §5 and the AI Disclaimer. What each plan will include is described on our pricing page.
  • Who you buy from. Our order process is conducted by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Telliskivi tn 57b/1, Tallinn, Estonia), acting as merchant of record — the seller of the subscription to you, whose own buyer terms apply to the transaction. Azrivo LLC remains responsible for the service itself under these Terms.
  • Billing and automatic renewal. Paid plans are charged in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time with no notice period and no fee; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-months.
  • Refunds and cancellation. Your first payment on a plan is refundable in full for 14 days, no reason needed. Renewals are handled under the good-faith terms in the Refund & Subscription Terms §6.
  • Price changes and notice. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects them, and a price rise is never applied to a period already paid for.
  • Taxes. Any VAT, GST, or sales tax is assessed, collected, and remitted by the merchant of record. It is included in the price shown, worked out from your location, so the total is the same wherever you buy from and nothing is added on top at checkout.
  • Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence overrides anything in this section or the Refund & Subscription Terms that would give you less.

8. Third-party services

Azrivo relies on third-party providers and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and Azrivo may be unavailable from time to time. During early access, expect changes.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service or other users.
  • You may stop using Azrivo at any time. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (for example §§4, 10, 11, 12) will survive.

10. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

  • As is. Azrivo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Azrivo.
  • Liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Azrivo is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the fees you paid for Azrivo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Inputs or your misuse of Azrivo, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for consumers, mandatory statutory rights).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Azrivo evolves. We will change the version and effective date above and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Changelog

  • 1.9 (effective 2026-10-22) — §6A: Azrivo Code can operate its own browser for a task; it keeps a task's sign-ins between browser restarts until you clear them, hands you the browser for steps like signing in or paying, records its browser to a video on your computer when you ask, and says what sites see and what each mode lets it save.

  • 1.8 (effective 2026-10-20) — §6A: a daily spending limit for an Azrivo Code credential is now one you choose to set under Settings → Connections, not one every credential has. The limit on requests running at once is unchanged.

  • 1.7 (effective 2026-10-18) — Azrivo Code. New §6A: the desktop app acts on your computer with your Windows authority; the three modes (Safe, Standard, Autonomous) and what Autonomous can do without asking; that Safe and Standard are not a security boundary; your responsibility for folders, accounts, review, backups and third-party terms; the commit credit line; device credential limits, alerts and revocation; and its beta status under §10. No other term changed.

  • 1.6 (effective 2026-08-04) — Paid plans went on sale. §7 now names the merchant of record, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), replacing the provider-neutral wording and the promise to name it later; the "paid plans are not live yet" status note is removed, as it is no longer true. No substantive term changed.

  • 1.5 (effective 2026-08-03) — §7 now states that the $25.00 and $50.00 plan prices include any applicable sales tax or VAT, rather than excluding it: the price shown is the total you pay, with nothing added at checkout. The prices themselves, the monthly billing and renewal, the refund rights, and the 30 days' notice before a price change are all unchanged.

  • 1.4 (effective 2026-08-01) — §4's sharing clause now says we may list a debate you shared on our own public index of published debates and link to it from elsewhere on the site; we choose which appear there, and un-sharing removes it immediately.

  • 1.3 (effective 2026-07-21) — Trying Azrivo without an account: §1 states that these Terms bind you whether or not you create an account and that sending your first message is what accepts them; §2 describes the free trial — what it includes, what it does not, that the 16+ confirmation happens when you send your first message, that a trial you do not convert into an account is deleted after a short period, and that an email sign-up you start but never confirm is held longer so you can still finish it; §4 notes that the licence to operate lasts only as long as we keep your trial, and that memory is off during one.

  • 1.2 (effective 2026-07-20) — §7 replaced the named payment reseller with provider-neutral "merchant of record" language (we will name the merchant of record before any plan can be bought); §10 filled the liability-cap placeholder with a monetary cap (the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months).

  • 1.1 (effective 2026-07-19) — Added "Sharing a debate publicly" to §4: when you choose to make a finished debate public, the licence to display it, the un-share/cache caveat, and your responsibility for what you publish.
